Christmas was already in the air at the Starbucks Christmas Event!

Last week I was invited to the Starbucks Christmas event in Zurich.. well although we are still only in November the atmosphere was spot on, and it felt really Christmassy already. It was a great occasion to see again some fellow bloggers and chat away while enjoyins some great food and Starbucks' drinks.
As you I am a huge Christmas fan so give me a Santa's hat and a Gingerbread Latte and I am in total Christmas mood!

The event was really joyful and fun! It was held at the Starbucks Stauffacher in Zurich, a really lovely location, you should visit it if you are in town!
As usual, tradition by Starbucks' events we started off with a coffee tasting. The barista Yves made us tried to different coffees:  Espresso Roast and the Christmas Espresso Roast.
Compared to the normal Espresso Roast the Christmas Espresso Roast, is bold, spicy and caramelly flavoured with a hint of jolly.
Of course the Starbucks Christmas Blend Espresso Roast and Starbucks Christmas Blend, whole Bean are now on sale at your local Starbucks..stock up now in time for Christmas!

I am a huge fan of Starbucks mugs, and especially of the Christmas versions, this year as well as the traditional red cups there are some festive glittery silver and gold ones as well as some tumblers also dressed up for the Festive Season.

We really got into the festive spirit by decorating Christmas cookies while enjoying a lovely Gingerbread Latte and the other Christmas beverages Toffee Nut Latte and the new Honey and Almond Hot Chocolate.
I have tried it and I really love it..it is Mocha and Almond syrup blended with steamed milk with chocolate whipped cream and finished with swirls of mocha and honey drizzles..yummy!!
