My sweet valentine: MAC Ms. Min

MAC has come up with yet another great collaboration, this time with Chinese fashion designe Min Liu founder of brand Ms. Min for this mythically charged collection.

The collection takes a contemporary take on traditional Chinese motifs and themes. The collection features some bold reds, deep peony pinks and misty metallics capturing the floe of energy that connects mountains and oceans as well as all of us.

The collection include some lipsticks, lipglasses, an eyeshadow duo, a pearlmatte face powder, a cream colour base, a fluidline, a brush roll and a makeup bag.

The packaging alone is beautiful, black, sleek and I love the pretty tassel that adorns the lipsticks and the lipglosses. It is a fun and stylish addition.

The star product of this collection for me is the Pearlmatte Face Powder. The Wave pressed into powder is absolutely stunning and combines pink, red, beige and pearl colours. Use it to create wonderful highilighting and blush effects. The texture is rich and gives you a beautiful velvet finish.

I am also loving the two matte lipsticks Dynasty Red which is a vibrant red and the beautiful pink of Peach Blossom Pink. Wear them alone or with the lipglasses for a high-gloss finish.

Give your eyes a Spring makeover with the Eye Shadow Duo with sparkly silver and bright pink. The eyeshadow is highly pigmented and applies really well and evenly. The Cream Colour Base in All Year Red will give a sheer and dewy finish to your look.
