H&M STUDIO S/S 2018 will be showing at Paris Fashion Week

The H&M STUDIO S/S 2018 collection will be showing at Paris Fashion Week this year at the Musée Des Arts Décoratifs on Rue Tivoli. The collection shown on the catwalk which includes chlothing, shoes and accessories will be available to buy online from February 28th straight after the show continuing the "see now, buy now" format. The collection will also be available to buy in selected stores around the world from March 1st 2018.

“The Musée des Arts Décoratifs is such a beautiful, iconic venue and it’s wonderful timing that we have the opportunity to show H&M Studio in a place that will later host a major art exhibition of Japan, which greatly influenced our S/S 2018 collection. We’re also very happy to be sponsoring the exhibition, which no doubt will delve into the beauty and design sensibility of Japan” Pernilla Wohlfahrt, H&M’s Design Director.

The main inspiration for the collection comes from Japan's minimalistic design and quiet grace.  Both womenswear and meanswear collections feature clean silhouettes with a relaxed vibe with a workwear influence. Womenswear sees head-to-toe prints and bright colours with flowing maxi dresses, utilitarian tailoring and statement knits while the menswear elevates classic pieces such as the tailored jacket and the crewneck jumper by playing with silhouettes, colour and luxe fabrications.
