La Rotonda, the village of the Festival
From 27th July, la Rotonda will inaugurate the #LocarnoExperience with a program of 17 evenings of music, entertainment, ethnic cuisine, theme bars, open markets and, this year's novelty, a whole Food Truck area, modern and captivating , which offers dishes made with local products from the Ticino area.
Music and entertainment by RSI Rete Tre inside the Grand Hotel Swisscom has in store a rich program of live concerts and DJ sets. Emerging artists and nationally and internationally established bands will alternate themselves on the scene. Among the guests are the very young Drunky Funk, defending champions of Palco at the young and the Sardinians Train To Roots; space also to rockabilly with Midnight Lovers. This year there will also be four evenings made special by the marriage between concerts / DJ sets and some programs loved by the listeners of RSI Rete Tre. One of the flagships program of this edition are the Caliber 35 with their sound inspired by the soundtracks of many crime movies typical of Italy in the seventies.

To give a touch of quality to the Grand Hotel Swisscom there will be not only live concerts, but also refined lounges. In addition, thanks to its silent "Silent Party" disco, the fun will be guaranteed until the early hours.
To complete the offer of laRotonda, the Virtual Reality Corner, where you can experience the latest virtual reality film productions, a program curated by the Geneva International Film Festival (GIFF). Every day, from 7 to 9 pm, it will also be possible to watch live the activities of La Rotonda thanks to the PardOn radio broadcast of Rete Tre.

Locarno Garden la Mobiliare, the garden of the Festival
On July 28th, the Mobiliar Locarno Garden will take off at the former Parco Balli, in the heart of the Old Town. At the center of the Festival garden there will be the What-if-Pavilion of the Mobiliar pavilion, created by Swiss artist Kerim Seiler, symbol of inspiration and creativity. In this particular setting, the musical animation curated and renewed by the Turba Association of Lugano, will offer an intimate and refined program. Every evening there will be musicians and Djs, who will perform more than twenty minutes, instrumental and acoustic, all in close proximity to the public to offer a unique experience. The line-up includes talents from Ticino and some well-known Swiss and Italian artists such as Marco Selvaggio, Kety Fusco, Zeno Gabaglio, Ivan Bert and Enrico Degani. Among the DJs we find: Batiment, Tom Alemanno, Rosanna GrĂ¼ter and Yeleen. The offer will be completed by an interesting selection of culinary proposals linked to the territory.

In addition to the #LocarnoExperience there are of course the beautiful landscapes and tourist attractions that the Lake Maggiore region and its valleys have to offer.
