H&M wants to offer its customers a truly modern shopping experience, both flexible and convenient, no matter where and how they choose to buy. In collaboration with Klarna, H&M introduced a new, unique payment solution in Switzerland, enabling customers to pay in a simple and flexible way across all channels. With the "Pay Later" feature, fashion fans who are H&M Members have the opportunity to shop and pay later on the bill. This service is offered online but also when shopping in store with the H & M app.
