The bottle is adorned with a multi-layered metallic collage that reveals the inner beauty and multifaceted character of Monáe and Belvedere. The slogan "Beautiful Future" refers to the vision shared by Monáe and Belvedere of a future where naturalness, integrity, diversity and self-expression are celebrated.
"A Beautiful Future" is inspired by the program launched last year when Belvedere and Monáe organized a brunch for Fem the Future, the popular movement founded by Monáe. Fem the Future is a movement dedicated to raising awareness and opportunities for women and those who identify as such through music, art, mentoring and education. Subsequently, a campaign on social networks asked consumers to define what this beautiful future looks like. The responses shared optimistic statements about diversity, self-expression, inclusion and empowerment. With a series of co-created content launched today, Monáe will read a selection of these inspiring messages, the promise of a bright future to begin now.
