KRUG X DOLDER GRAND TERRACE: WELCOME TO THE MOST EXCLUSIVE TERRACE IN ZURICH

Culinary pleasure meets a very sparkling exclusivity - this is how the joint project of Maison KRUG and Dolder Grand is probably best described. The extraordinary refinement of the aperitifs prepared by Dolder Grand Culinary Director Heiko Nieder, a refined champagne perfectly suited to exceptional culinary creations and a breathtaking view of the city of Zurich and the Alps in the background ensure an absolutely unique atmosphere.

 The KRUG x Dolder Grand Terrace will be open until September 2021, from Thursday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. in good weather, and until 10 p.m. in warmer temperatures. KRUG champagne is also available for tasting by the glass during this summer getaway.




As for the cuisine, customers will be able to discover aperitifs prepared by Heiko Nieder, crowned two Michelin stars and 19 Gault & Millau points. The menu includes currywurst, Dolder truffle fries or the famous salmon tarte flambée.

Each dish can be accompanied and served by the glass by different KRUG House cuvées such as the Krug Grande Cuvée 169th edition or, for lovers of rosé champagne, the Krug rosé 24th edition (and soon also the Krug Rosé 25th edition). The legendary and extremely rare Krug Vintage or Krug Clos du Mesnil are, for their part, exclusively available in bottle.
