Collectif mon Amour still has a lot of highlights ready. There are new soft merino knitwear and down jackets made from recycled material. Plus pop-ups in Zurich and Lucerne.
100% MERINO EXTRA FINE
The merino fiber is particularly fine and soft, breathable and balances body temperature. So perfect for the cool outside and the heated inside. Since autumn 2020, Collectif mon Amour has been using exclusively mulesing-free wool from Australian sheep for its merino collection. This means that the farmers refrain from painful mulesing - cutting away skin folds in order to prevent an infestation with fly maggots. The wool bears the WOOLMARK seal of approval for the highest purity and quality. 100% RECYCLED DOWN.
Comfortably warm and environmentally friendly: the new Collectif mon Amour down jackets are made of recycled material, both inside and out. They are lined with recycled down from re: Down®. The outer values of the puffer jackets match their sustainable inner workings: The protective outer shell is made of a water-repellent material obtained from old PET bottles - without the use of toxic fluorides. This reduces plastic waste and protects the environment.
The company re: Down® collects bedding and textiles that are no longer used all over Europe and regenerates, cleans and sterilizes the filling material. Animals no longer have to suffer and unnecessary waste is avoided. The down jackets are produced in China. Project manager Daisy puts her heart and soul into ensuring that the quality is right. The sewing shop adheres to the Global Recycling Standard (GRS) and has the BSCI certificate. The initiative sets standards for working conditions in global supply chains and works against child labor and discrimination, among other things.
