Sport & futurism at H&M Studio AW15

Last night at the Grand Palais in Paris in front of 600 international editors and guests as well as a worlwide audience who watched the show live on hm.com H&M presented its STUDIO AW15 collection.
The themes? Sport and futurism.

The set was imagined as a fashion moon landing with a colony of space craft dotted around the catwalk, as music producer Caroline de Maigret opened the show, walking the catwalk before taking her position as live DJ for the night.

"There's such great energy about this H&M Studio collection. I love the sporty and futuristic pieces, which are perfect to mix and match with functional outerwear and the tomboy glamour of lurex and sequins." says Ann-Sofie Johansson, Creative Advisor at H&M.
The sporty mood  was set by zip-up jackets, coats and slender pants with futuristic shimmer from lurex knits and dresses along with functional pieces like hooded anoraks and zip-fronted jumpsuits.

H&M Studio AW15 , the limited edition collection which has its own dedicated design team and will available in 200 stores as well as online from September 10th 2015.
Among the guests who sat in the front row at the show: Solange Knowles, Audrey Tatou and Noomi Rapace while models such as Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid  wore pieces from H&M key seasonal collection.

"That was my favourite H&M Studio collection so far. I loved everything about the H&M Studio show. There's a green turtleneck and pants I want to get my hands on right now." Said Solange Knowles
