Maison Ruinart presents the Sommelier Challenge 2020. Promising sommeliers in Switzerland can register for this exceptional competition until March 5, 2020 and will be judged by big names in the world of wine.
Maison Ruinart is organizing its 4th edition of the Ruinart Sommelier Challenge in Switzerland which will take place on March 22nd before an experienced jury, composed of Paolo Basso, Best Sommelier of the World 2013, Michael Jenni, winner of the 2019 edition of the Ruinart Sommelier Challenge, Chandra Kurt and Pierre Thomas, journalists and experts in oenology, as well as Louise Bryden, young rising star of viticulture and oenologist at Ruinart.
Today, she is part of the tasting committee, leads major research projects and travels around the world to share her passion, wine and the Ruinart vision.




The Ruinart Sommelier Challenge will take place at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz and invites all promising sommeliers in Switzerland to participate in this competition. Registrations are open until March 5, 2020. The jury will evaluate the registrations and select 25 participants who will be nominated and invited to participate in the Challenge on March 22, 2020 in Bad Ragaz. Selected participants will receive an email invitation on March 9, 2020.
Overall, the Sommelier Challenge will be organized in 18 markets. As a reward, the winner will have the opportunity, with the winners of the 17 other markets, to leave for a four-day training session in Champagne and Paris in summer 2020 in order to share and work on various subjects related to geology, tasting from different producers and sustainable development.

H&M celebrates its Studio S/S20 collection with an event in Beverly Hills

H&M celebrated the launch of the H&M Studio S/S20 collection with a sparkling view of the Los Angeles skyline and the ocean. The collection, designed for the modern, freedom-loving woman, whose style is as diverse as her travels, was brought to life in a house in Beverly Hills. The modern mid-century home has been redesigned using light and filters to reflect elements from the collection's saturated color palette that contrast with the natural surroundings of the hills. Guests, including Jourdan Dunn, Paloma Elsesser, Billie Lourd and Selah Marley, all dressed in H&M Studio, were invited to see the new collection, which was accompanied by an acrobatic performance followed by an acoustic inlay by Lykke Li. The H&M Studio S/S20 collection will be available on February 20th 2020 at hm.com and at selected H&M stores.
Inspired by a research trip to the Swedish island of Gotland, a carefree surf girl serves as a model for the S / S20 collection: one that mixes voluminous dresses for every occasion with unlined, figure-hugging models and sporty swimsuits. The most important parts include the dress made of recycled polyester in bright pink, the limestone-colored, cropped jacket made of a viscose-linen blend with open cut edges and the trousers with wide legs; the crocheted cardigan made of cotton-nylon in coarse knit as well as the eye-catching ankle boots made of leather with platform sole. A color palette of bright pink and cobalt blue with accents of light green dominates against limestone and cream tones. The collection will be split into two units, with a midsummer offering of sporty swimwear and comfortable kaftans for the beach, which will be available from the end of May.

The Classic Fusion AeroFusion Chronograph UEFA Champions League features a 45mm case and a polished and satin-finished ceramic bezel in smoky midnight blue. It is rounded off by a bracelet made of blue rubber. The crown, the chronograph pushers and the characteristic screws on the bezel are made of polished titanium, which creates a noble contrast. One of the most striking features of the watch is its deep, three-dimensional dial. The graphic effect is due to the architectural shape of the blackened bridges of the skeletonized caliber HUB1155, which also serve as the basis for a dial made of transparent sapphire glass. On the dial, the applied hour indices and the two counters for the chronograph minutes and the current second seem to mysteriously hover over the underlying movement. Sisley presents its latest innovation: the Black Rose Eye Contour Fluid. All the benefits of the Black Rose are incorporated into this new formula specially developed for the delicate area around the eye.
This emulsion infuses the eyes with radiance and freshness to give a revived and smoothed eye contour area.
When  Sisley  first  launched  Black  Rose  Cream Mask in 2011, it became a cult product in record time. LALIQUE: Crystals novelties SS 2020

LALIQUE presents the new "Botanica" collection which takes us into a universe in which floral romance meets the strength of the minerals, creating an exciting contrast. Thanks to the talent of the experienced artists and the exceptional expertise of the glass masters, Lalique captures the decorative and symbolic power of peonies, lily of the valley, orchids and cherry blossoms.









In cooperation with McLaren, Lalique launched the “Essence of Speed” collection in 2018, which now shows three stylized creatures in clear crystal. The “Tandrillah” collection is the result of the imagination of the French-Brazilian architect Elizabeth de Portzamparc and the expertise of Lalique. “Tandrillah” is the crystallization of a new adventure in the “Crystal Architecture” series, which has been collecting original designs by the greatest creative forces in architecture since 2014. The new "Tandrillah" collection is the result of many years of experiments by Elizabeth de Portzamparc in the fields of architecture, design and urban planning and is a feat of lightness.







For the first time, an abstract canvas in Lalique crystal takes shape. Six clear crystal panels, each enamelled, present themselves as a single painting on which the brush has left its imprint. This fund will be funded through voluntary donations from L'OCCITANE shareholders.
