To accompany the bubbles, the Beau Rivage Palace has imagined a variation of caviar, heart of salmon or tempura of prawns with sweet and sour sauce. Then, to end on a sweet note, the Beau-Rivage Palace has created some deliciously sweet "Finger Chic" that will delight palates such as a chocolate tangerine pie or a Mont Blanc chestnut-cherry log to mark the beginning of the Holiday season.
Available at the Bar à Bulles by Ruinart are the R de Ruinart, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, Ruinart Rosé by the glass and bottle and also the prestigious vintage Dom Ruinart and Dom Ruinart Rosé, by the bottle only. Some cuvées are also served in magnum for the spirit of generosity of the end of the year Holidays.
