HUBLOT: Michelin Chef Clare Smyth MBE is the new Friend of the Brand

HUBLOT recently announced that Clare Smyth MBE - the first and only female three-Michelin-starred chef in the UK - is joining the Hublot family as a new Friend of the Brand, thereby enhancing the existing relationships to further strengthen visionaries from the gastronomy sector.

Revolutionary head chef Clare Smyth received worldwide recognition and admiration for her talent at turning the finest local produce into world-renowned culinary delights. Smyths Restaurant Core by Clare Smyth, which she opened in August 2017 in the heart of Notting Hill, exemplifies the values of innovation and excellence for which Hublot also stands. Despite the wonderfully relaxed atmosphere one encounters at Smyth's Restaurant, Core by Clare Smyth has won numerous prestigious awards in fine dining for reinventing the finest British produce and delivering an innovative, world-renowned experience.

Core by Clare Smyth was the first restaurant to be rated with the highest score of 10 in the Good Food Guide. In just three years it was awarded three Michelin stars, with Clare Smyth this year as the fourth British chef behind three other British chefs to whom this honor is due.

As a new member of the family, Clare Smyth complements Hublot's existing culinary partners, the chefs Yannick Alléno, Andreas Caminada and Paul Pairet, who have also been awarded three Michelin stars. In 2013, Clare was named a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for her services to the hospitality industry. She was honored to cook for some high-profile guests as well as at events such as the royal wedding reception of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in 2018.
