With the most environmentally friendly WellThread® collection to date, Levi's® combines environmental protection measures, social justice and design for recycling and recycling, with the focus on innovations such as sustainable fibers and plant-based colors. This season, WellThread® is introducing a new, plant-based indigo dyeing technique from Creek Colors as a result of several years of development processes, a process that helps to reduce the overall environmental impact of the fashion industry by saving energy and water. The result is iconic styles like the '70s high straight or a vintage fit trucker jacket for men made from 100% organic cotton. In addition, all denim washes are carried out using the Water <Less® method and therefore require fewer chemicals and energy. In the case of non-denim styles, Levi's® uses dyes that come from waste from the food industry and the innovative rapid dyeing technology.
