Let's add some pink for Spring!

I will start this post by saying that I have never been a huge fan of pink but I have to say that lately I have revalued this colour or at least some facets of it. I seem to have a soft spot for anything baby pink and although I would not dare leaving the house dressed in pink from head to toe now I certainly like to add some pink in my looks! This is the reason I have picked this pink coat to cheer an otherwise all black look. I am pretty sure this coat will be a staple in my Spring wardrobe possibly paired with lighter shades and fabrics.

Dr. Hauschka presents its new Limited Edition Make-up Collection "Purple Light"

A couple of weeks ago I was invited by the Dr. Hauschka team to discover their new make-up collection "Purple Light". In the presence of Dr. Hauschka International Make-up artist and Global Brand Ambassador Karim Sattar I had the great pleasure to discover the novelties and to try for myself the new limited edition products which really impressed me.

I was particularly impressed by the Teint Powder which gives skin a fresh and shimmering finish as well as giving you an even skin texture. I also really like the new Eyeshadow Palette. 

The palette consisting of two matte shades and two shimmering shades really gives you a lot of possibilities where a subtle day look can be intensified to create a beautiful evening look in a flash. An Eye Definer in an elegant purple-gray tone and two Liquid Lip Colours with creamy texture and intense colours complete this amazing limited edition collection.

This collection is the result of make-up meeting art. The products of the collection carry the signature of Swedish artist Emma Lindström who created the design the packaging for the "Purple Light" collection and also was star in the campaign. 

The idea behind the Limited Edition was the inspiration for one of her artworks and beautifully adorns the packaging.

I have got my red boots on..

I just adore Lake Como and everytime I am back home I take the oppurtunity to go and have a walk or have a coffee by the lake and of course enjoy the views.

I thought it was the perfect time to wear my new red boots! I must say I am totally new to red shoes so it was a first for me but let me tell you I was amazed by the fact that they really can make any outfit stand out! I am in love!

Here I am wearing them paired with jeans, my black bomber jacket and of course some more red accessories but I think they would work just as well with a little black dress or a jumpsuit come Spring. I am already planning my Valentine's Day outfit and I am sure it will include my red boots!

With over 70 guests, Zalando celebrated the launch of Viktor & Rolf's exclusive RE: CYCLE collection for Zalando in Zurich last week, which is now available on Zalando. The Smith and de Luma was the perfect setting for the presentation of the exclusive collection where the famous DJ duo Mannequine provided the sound.

RE: CYCLE is the result of a collaboration between the famous designer duo Viktor & Rolf and Zalando. It has been crafted with the notion of sustainable style, while being the natural evolution of the label's latest haute couture collections.
