Olivier Assayas, Yousry Nasrallah and Sabine Azéma presidents of the jury of the 70th edition of Locarno Film Festival

President of the jury for "Concorso Internazionale" will be  film director, screenwriter and critic of French cinema Olivier Assayas who was already at the 2014 Festival with the acclaimed Sils Maria, with Juliette Binoche. Among the most acclaimed contemporary filmmakers, Assayas has produced numerous films, ranging from different themes, places and genres.
The president of the jury of the Cineasti del presente will be Yousry Nasrallah, known to the audience of the Festival. Assistant to Youssef Chahine, Nasrallah began in 1988 with Vols d'été. Locarno has presented several works including the documentary A propos des garçons, des filles et du voile (1995) and Brooks, Meadows and Lovely Faces last year in International Competition.
The jury president  Pardi di domani competition will be Sabine Azéma, the beloved French filmmaker. Sabine Azéma won twice the César prize for the best female interpretation, Alain Resnais's muse with whoms he made her debut in 1983 Azéma has always been the protagonist of a research and discovery cinema, which is an ideal sensation for meeting and dealing with tomorrow's authors.
