Piazza Grande is ready for Locarno 69

No doubt that from August 3rd until August 13th there is only one place to be and that is the Piazza Grande.
With a selection of blockbusters, arthouse films, debut movies and works by established masters Locarno 69  is not going to disappoint this year the festival aficionados. This year edition will open with "The Girl with all the gifts" by Colm McCarthy a movie which will take us into the a dystopian future but which is still linked to contemporary issues. In the same night the Excellence Award Moët & Chandon will be handed out to actor Bill Pullman.
While the closing movie is going to see the return of an important Indian production with Mohenjo Daro by Ashutosh Gowariker.
